I have learned that a person's true colors, their identify surfaces during hardship. Do they go down with the ship or do they step up and persevere? Are they all talk or is there some substance beneath?
Sometimes it is easier to see through someone else's bull crap but the stuff you are slinging goes unnoticed. Clarity about identity comes through authenticity. You have to learn to be mindful to self in order to live with intent. What is your body telling you?
If it feels wrong, it is wrong. Try something else. If you are unhealthy, change your environment. This is your body communicating to you. If you are not sleeping right, something is bothering you. Figure it out. This is the most important thing you can do for you, own your identity.
There is only one you, make sure each and every breath you exert is worth it!
