I was inspired to write a brief article about mindfulness based on a recent college class topic. I believe it is getting easier to become mindful as I get older. Sometimes, though, I also believe you can smother someone by being too crazy about them. It is necessary to find a middle ground, to find balance.
Considering this thought, sometimes the most mindful thing to do, is to release and let go.
