Chef Tom is degreed in Culinary Arts. He’s authored the cookbook, Where There’s A Meal, There’s A Way. He partnered with Naturally Autistic ANCA and hosts his radio show, The GFCF Kitchen. He also writes a monthly food column.

A wonderful and passionate woman, Leo, provided the connection for this article. I applaud the work and passion both Leo and Tom share. They are focusing their efforts to help others and make the world a better place.
