I learned a lot from my research for this article. I feel like my life is much more paced these days in comparison to my previous executive life-style. I used to multi-task and I seemed so on top of things back then. I'm only talking about 2 or 3 years ago. Today I feel more scattered with less pressure on me. Could I have aged that much moving from my thirties to my forties?

I'm thankful for the "promoting healthy brain" foods listed in the article. I'm sure I am going to make an effort to fill my diet with these nutrients.
