I think it is really crazy that I'm still feeling sleep deprived even though I work at home now. You would think I could fit 7-9 hours of sleep into my schedule but like most people, I sacrifice my rest so I can use the extra time trying to accomplish more of my "to do's". I, like many others, started a diet on January 1st and I didn't realize sleep affects the waistline and therefore, more sleep will now be a higher priority for me! How about you?
